Relevant Exp:3+yrs

Location – Pune

Primary Skills

- Should be involved in architecture, design consultation to projects across Sharepoint practice.

- Designing the solution/technical framework based on client requirement.

- Will also be involved in pre sales activities.

- Leading the development and QA effort, helping team to solve challenges.

- Technical guidance to team for testing and new development.

- Well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle

- Strong on technical, analytical and team skills

- Have a good knowledge of quality standards and best practice

- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions

- Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks.

- Overseeing the progress

- Have strong problem solving & communication skills. Be tactful and diplomatic

- Build a good rapport with clients & advise the client on managing future assignments. Be good at gathering and assimilating information.
