Practice Head - Salesforce

- Salesforce Practice Building and Heading - GLOBAL ROLE

The Salesforce practice BU head will have strong understanding of Business Process and diverse Technologies. The Salesforce Practice COE head would manage multiple responsibilities including a strategist, practice leader, operations, people's leader, delivery and a Presales expert. The incumbent should have managed most of these roles as part of his career in right measure before growing into a practice lead.

The incumbent should have extensive experience in spearheading BI, Analytics, Salesforce & Cloud roadmap constantly catering to growth strategies, building exquisite IT driven solutions to resolve myriad business challenges and delivering large projects successfully in globally distributed delivery model.

- Key role dimensions would include:

1. Building and growing Salesforce and Cloud practice as per target and future market focus

2. Meet revenue targets;

3. Oversee all aspects of Salesforce and Cloud Technologies, spearheading the teams looking after Salesforce App Development

4. Analyzing, aligning and driving change to the company's execution model by applying Agile principles to increase speed to market of new business capabilities.

- Essential Experience required:

1. Overall experience of over 18+ years with relevant experience managing and growing a large Salesforce practice

2. Demonstrate thought leadership and help drive business from ongoing clients and win new clients.

3. Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.

4. Effectively monitor the overall practice resources to drive them towards being relevant to SFDC technologies and market needs at all times

5. Contributes industry expertise and understanding of client business.

6. Demonstrate eminence across various technologies and products that complement Salesforce solutions and develop a team with deep knowledge of such products and technologies

7. Product and Technology Knowledge: Develop a team with deep knowledge of complementary products and technologies.

8. immense knowledge in Salesforce and Cloud Technologies
