- Client is an Independent Emerging Technology Solutions Company, subsidiary of a large, diversified conglomerate established in 1977 with business interests in Piping, Flow-control, Supply chain, Logistics, Hospitality, energy, power, utilities, Construction, and allied industries, having presence in USA, GCC countries, Korea and India headquartered in Dubai.
- Client is expanding their digital technology solutions rapidly under their new expansion plans in the RPA business and blockchain solutions is looking for people at various levels. Since the market is responding positively to their current offerings/solutions and they see a huge opportunity in new age tech in coming years, they need strong leadership to manage this new biz. The role is based in Dubai.
- RPA Head is responsible for setting up the division which specializes on providing services on RPA, from initiation, budgeting, planning, strategy formulation and execution. Build Business Development plan, onboard new customers, and drive growth across existing customers for the RPA portfolio and manage the End-to-end execution and oversight for all RPA projects.
- High preference will be given to individuals currently working in any of the GCC countries and most familiar with the living and working in Dubai and other Cities in the Middle eastern countries. Alternatively, if applicant previously lived in this geography for at least 3 years in their professional career is desirable.
- Previous experience of handling sales, account management, presales and technology revenue quota is a big plus apart from delivery and client project management.
Key Responsibility Areas include and not limiting to:
- RPA strategy formulation & execution.
- Development of Business Plan for the RPA Division
- Achieve the commitment as per the approved business plan
- Drive growth across the verticals & customer segments for the RPA portfolio
- Responsible for actively driving and managing the Pre-sales & Solutions of RPA and proactive selling and providing technical solutions to new and existing strategic accounts on RPA.
- Leading the Robotic Process Automation projects and the Digital Automation Team.
- Take a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools, and approaches
- Establish best practices & processes as well as delivery management knowledge base to the company
- Expertise in monitoring the overall functioning of RPA processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
- Talent acquisition & management of the RPA team.
- Responsible for the overall program management, coordination, execution, control and completion of Programs or Projects related to Robotics Process Automation
- End-to-end execution and oversight for all Robotics Process Automation projects

Knowledge & Experience:
- 8-12 years' experience in Enterprise Applications, of which at least 3+ years in Robotics Process Automation and Digital tech.
- Preferably IT Graduate with a master's degree- MCA/MBA
- Significant exposure to Process Automation tools (such as UI Path, Blue Prism, and others)
- Experience leading similar Robotic Process Automation Service lines
- Experience in Application Selling.
- Handled Account/revenue management for clients in GCC and North American Countries

Compensation: Will be commensurate to the experience. A fixed monthly compensation, as per market standards in Dubai along with reasonable annual variable/ incentive based on revenue collections as per company norms.
