- We are currently seeking an exceptional Leader to head our Executive Search Business with experience in both Technology and Non-Technology roles, possessing both Business Development & Recruitment Delivery skills.

- Incumbent will be responsible for running end to end recruitment operations and business development for couple of practices at XL Advisors.

- We are looking for someone with 10-20 years of experience into core recruitment industry with Mid-Sr & leadership hiring, must have been into p&l handling role along with new client acquisition experience.
