Very Urgently looking for a Practice Head / Principal Consulting - Consumer Goods / CPG Consulting , for a leading Consulting team
Executive Search Team hiring for top of the Business Groups at Sr. Management or Executive space. Few of prestigious clients includes : Amazon, Accenture, Cognizant, KPMG, Flipkart, Ingersoll Rand, Sanofi, Ranbaxy, Bank OF America, Boston Analytics and many others.
Currently we are working for a high worth assignment for searching a Practice Head for a Management Consulting Group for their Practice Head / Principal CPG Consulting.
Location: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore
Brief:
- This person will be responsible for CxO level interfacing and practice development with some of our largest Consumer Goods clients and prospects.
- The person will be responsible for working with our onsite sales and onsite/offshore delivery teams to further our relationship with the client.
- They will be responsible for interfacing with key decision makers within client to drive top-and-bottom line growth, as well as thought leadership.
- We expect this person to help position our firm as an overall strategic partner, especially in non-IT areas of sales, marketing and shopper insights.
The ideal candidate would have the following background:
- Minimum of 15 years of combined Consumer Goods experience in the industry and as a consultant to the industry.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas – sales, marketing, shopper insights; and a reasonable understanding of at least 1 of the other areas
- Functional expertise in at least 2 of the following areas - trade, category management, market mix, pricing optimization, consumer/shopper insights
- Experience in a Tier 1 or CG/Retail-specific boutique consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner, Partner or similar level
- This is a consulting position, not a sales position. Candidate must have consulting delivery experience and ideally Practice Growth experience.
- Ability to deliver high-level consulting projects at CxO level
- Nice to have some level of both retail exposure
- Delivery and sales experience in a consulting and/or Global IT Services organization
Other qualifications for differentiation:
- Expected to drive a minimum of an additional $5+mm in Order Booked in 1st twelve months – practice is already established
- Global perspective in Consumer Goods industry
- Understands technology enablement related to sales and marketing functions including Shopper/Consumer Insights
- Published thought leader
- Frequent speaker on industry topics
- Exposure/Experience in key enterprise software packages related to sales & marketing such as SAP, Oracle, SFDC, etc.
- Key Connects with Alliance partners too (SAP, Oracle)
