- Operating/leading the panel of Principal Consultants/ Subject Matter experts who co-drive or drive independently multiple projects/engagements.

- Ability to consult in other multi-function areas eg. SCM, technology, finance,

- Design, Development, Delivery of Client engagement needs in above areas

- Strong Client Relationship Building & Delivery Service Excellence

- Process orientation & knowledge of Business/People processes.

- Talent Development - consolidate the Resourcing model of Principal Consultants

- Assist, support MD in growing its STRATEGY N-E-X-T. Roadmap.

- Global orientation/ Sensitivity to global cultural aspects.

- Creative Thinking & Driving Innovation in 'everything we do'.
