- Responsible for building and growing revenues and capabilities in the respective areas.
- Will own up Practice revenues. Pipeline creation, Opportunity conversion, Functional Consulting for practice.
- Define go to market offerings and messages in collaboration with Technology COEs, Pre-Sales and Marketing
- Lead GTM for practice offerings in collaboration with sales and Marketing teams.
- Align with technology COEs, Delivery and larger Mindtree ecosystem to support timely tool capability building, client delivery and business growth
- Hire / build and manage functional consulting team
- Drive though leadership, engage with Analysts and develop market positioning
