The incumbent will be responsible for :
- New Account development and penetration for leadership positions from Clients in the IT sector
- P&L for his/her team
- Leading a team of experienced recruiters and Client Managers
- Managing delivery of the team to ensure productivity increase
- Needs to be hands on selected leadership mandates
Candidate Profile :
- 10-15 years of total years of experience with at least 5 years in the recruitment space managing clients and positions.
- Should have good network in the IT Services or Product Development domain ;
- The candidate should possess excellent business development skills and attitude of building good clientele base.
- Should have had a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Should have managed a team for delivery
