Service Based firm hiring for senior Role MS dynamics

Experience: 15 plus years

Work Location:Chennai DLF

Job Description / Desired Skills:

- Good in strategic planning viz revenue generation and customer driven personnel thereby setting up profitable Business Unit.

- Responsible for setting up of Delivery excellence, offshore delivery & maintenance offshore.

- Managing principle Key Account holders/clients.

- Maintain Multiple Customers globally and team of 100+ Consultants.

- Good in Relationship building, drive decisions and generate confidence with Onsite counterparts.

- Dealing with Offshore client and exposure on full life-cycle complex CRM and/or ERP implementation.

Specific responsibilities may include:

- Managing a fiscally responsible practice that delivers on a balanced scorecard

- Working closely with the Managing Architects and the Pursuit Team lead to ensure the right people, doing the right work, at the right time.

- Direct involvement with customers when necessary to provide executive support on key engagements and business development opportunities

- Support the improvement of methods used in delivery

- Ensure consistent usage of methods and way of working across all projects for homogenous progress tracking and comparison

- Attract new talent, develop team capabilities and maintain a strong and excellence team that meet the high expectation.
