We have urgent vacancy for Practice Head - LMS for a leading e learning client in Mumbai. Role details are given below:
- Managed or can manage the LMS practice to plan and agreed KPIs measured to define metrics and processes
- Aligns LMS growth strategy and Coordinates with business/account/sales teams to drive the overall competency growth as per market needs, future market focus and help define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus.
- Should have handled practice presales and managed P&L and needs to be commercially minded, along with solutions
- Help drive business from ongoing clients and help win new clients.
- Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings, and services and translate them into a strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
- Should strongly liaison with the business development team for presentation and proposal building.
- Support delivery teams on various projects to have the required multi-discipline LMS team, including internal and 3rd party resources to ensure Customer Service Delivery Excellence.
- Understand their needs and support proactively with the requisite technology, process, and application showcase.
- Should have an understanding and/or experience in most of the popular LMS technologies like Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas/BrightSpace or any other LMS systems Along with supporting system integration
- Should have experience in building high-performance Presales, Delivery and Practice teams
- Provide expertise within the context of each project in a manner designed to increase the overall LMS knowledge of team members.
- Manage relationships with Delivery, Account Management and Sales team along with customer stakeholders
- Training and Development for LMS associates
