Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Enterprise Sales leader, who is passionate about growing businesses and teams
As a Sales Leader, the responsibilities of the Practice Head would include :
- Developing and executing clear strategies and plans according to budget - growing revenue and optimizing profits
- Defining and setting targets for the team and managing performance towards the targets
- Monitoring weekly, monthly & quarterly progress on business growth & Sales. Developing joint action plans with sales team to improve their performance in identified areas
- Training & Coaching the team for success and development
- Ensuring team is timely and regular on sales processes and sales reporting
- Maintaining relationships with senior leadership in customer organizations to network and to uncover opportunities
- Acting as an escalation point for customers and supporting team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other functions to ensure customer satisfaction and to grow business
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
- Soliciting feedback from customers or prospects and share with management and internal teams
- Continuously improve knowledge about the verticals handled and be a Supply Chain expert in these verticals
- Leading change and transformation from the front, according to overall company strategy
Requirements :
- Proven experience in leading diverse and high performing Enterprise Sales teams
- Minimum 8 years of Enterprise Sales experience, of which minimum 3 years of experience leading an Enterprise Sales team
- Experience in selling to large and medium enterprises, preferably Pharma, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Paints, Adhesives, Automotive companies
- Preferably from the logistics or logistics SaaS industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales practices, techniques and tools
- Travelling - 10 to 15 days in a month
