Practice Head - Java/OSS - Open Source Ecosystem

- Strong understanding of Open Source Ecosystem

- Experience in one or more of Java, JEE, LAMP, WAMP, ROR, etc

- Understanding Platform and Product Engineering

- Strong background of coding, design, architecture skills including working knowledge of design patterns, libraries

- Create & Position service offerings, solutions, IP's; Understand what resonates well with prospects as soln accels

- Responsible for utilization, driving the right pyramid structure, competence development

- Responsible for revenue & gross margins for the practice

- Accountable for delivering sold engagements. Provide technical leadership and delivery support for engagements involving JOSS technologies
