Practice Head - IT Operations - ITIL

Job Title - IT Operations Practice Head

Location - Hyderabad

- ITIL foundation is a must.

- Start up experience is must

- Industry - IT Services/Telecom

- Roles and Responsibilities :

- 8 to 10 years, with hands on experience on managing the Service Desk and NOC functions in IT services organizations.

- The candidate should have worked directly with the CTO/CIO.

- The candidate should have hands on work exposure to the Automated IT operations / compliance tools.

- Should have managed IT assets, Data Centres, IT vendors, Telecom Service Providers etc

- Good exposure to all IT assets, bit at HW and OS level and must have very good alignment with ITSM processes and compliance. [desirable]

Preferred qualifications :

- Engineering Graduation or equivalent in IT sciences.

- ITSM 4 Managing Professional certification is preferred and ITIL foundation is a must.
