Practice Head - IT Operations

- Intelligent IT Ops is identified as a strategic service line for our client who is making investments in creating this as a service offering that is a departure from the traditional approach to infrastructure services, transcending infrastructure layer and encompassing enterprise applications and business processes.

- Looking at a leader with 20+ years of experience with the last 5 years at a leadership position.

- Responsible to lead Intelligent IT Ops, driving profitable growth through differentiated offerings and value creation for the customers.

- Responsible for service line strategy, collaborating with the technology group on IP build-out, developing & executing on the go to market plan and building & nurturing a strong team.

- Experience in winning & delivery on large, multi-year engagements for global enterprises in an on-prem / hybrid cloud environment 

- Excellent communication, client and team management skills
