Microsoft Practice Head

Job Description :
- Lead and support pre-sales, implementation, management and maintenance of Microsoft Solution offerings including the pre-sales, account development, partnership management, marketing, campaigns, learning, guide team and support actual delivery activities.
- Engage with relevant clients and prospects to identify and analyze potential opportunities for Microsoft Solutions deliver high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with the client.
- Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw and presents conclusions.
- Help delivery teams with right expertise and capability along with providing right direction in terms of quality and technology.
- Responsible for supporting, creating, and implementing business strategies to enhance the position and integrity of Happiest Minds with Microsoft as a partner.
- Lead and motivate a large, distributed team in a pressured work environment.
- Ensure the organization has the right mix of expertise on areas of people, with the mix of people, ensuring quality and cost competitiveness with focus on Happiest Minds Culture.
Qualification/Experience :
- Candidate must have overall 15+ years of experience, Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud Relevant experience as Business Manager in Microsoft business with a strong track record in growing market share in existing and new clients.
- Must have served as a Microsoft Solution architect or consultant with a large Microsoft Solutions System Integration firm A proven track record in managing communications internally and externally at strategic and senior Management level
- Should have experience in hands-on delivery of Microsoft Solutions including .NET, .NET Core, WCF, ASP.NET, Web Application, Azure PaaS services, D365, SharePoint, and Power Platform)
- Should have good exposure to Microsoft Business Applications and Modern workplace (D365 CRM/ERP & Office 365 SharePoint, Power Platform).
- Must have experience of leading big teams, working with a virtual team across Geo, and management reporting experience.
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Marketplace and AppSource
- Must have experience in presales, solution, RFI/RFP response, and negotiation skills.
- Should have an experience in working with different stakeholders such as Management, Customers, Prospects
- Sales, Delivery Teams across Geos, Partners, Vendors, and team in large and managing their expectation effectively.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.
