Job opening for Practice Director, Practice Head role for leveraging Intelligent Automation for their enterprise customers.

Below is the JD

- Manage the AI team within the global practice

- Represent BSv and IPA at group level within our global AI portfolio team

- Work with other functional heads to create correlated AI automation offering

- Support sales process and present to CXO level client representatives

- Work with clients to identify new AI automation opportunities

- Prepare together with Sales, Solutioning and Offering influencing AI solutions

- Contribute in building IA proposals, attending Orals, and providing easy to understand communications on IA

- Contribute to Marketing and PR programs and events by increasing Capgemini's IA brand equity through blogs, tradeshows, and social platforms

- Ability to build AI enterprise ready solutions

- Ability to use current top technologies including OpenSource while proposing solutions

- Ability to manage Client Relationships based on NPS during engagements

- Cooperate and contribute to Capgemini Global AI programs

- Coach AI Lab team to define development directions

- Reviews proposed designs at makes recommendations on top practice level
