What would you do?
- In Talent Strategy, you will outline an organizations approach to talent management, charting the business future skill and talent requirements against existing skills and capabilities, and then determining the investments needed to achieve strategic talent goals.
- Human Resource postgraduates/graduates with relevant consulting, solution, and delivery experience, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the entire Hire to Retire process, are sought.
- Candidates are expected to work within strict deadlines, thrive in a high-pressure business environment, and be effective team players. Preference will be given to those with prior HRO Consulting and Solutioning experience in the BPO industry, particularly those who have led transformation projects. Applicants should be willing to work across various time zones to meet business needs.

- Boosting workforce performance and productivity leads to increased business agility, higher revenue, and reduced costs. I offer guidance and consultation to clients on designing future state organizations and target operating models.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives, leading transformation and process reengineering to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency, which in turn lowers HR operational costs.
- Lend extensive process expertise to the Business Intelligence (BI) team during the preparation of global design and localization workshops.
- Engage in both global and local sessions, providing insights on best practices for managing local processes.
- Instrumental in gathering best practices and process design considerations that integrate principles of operational efficiency
What are we looking for?
- Provide input on service delivery components as needed for policy harmonization.
- Engage in global design authority discussions and contribute to service delivery components.
- Participate in testing end-to-end processes to become familiar with various system and process scenarios for SOP creation.
- Lead continuous process improvement analysis and monitor process-specific KPIs.
- Generate, test, and develop potential analytics opportunities to create business value for clients.
- Offer ongoing coaching to PMEs and BPO process teams.
- Design customized HRO solutions and lead client workshops, including solution presentations and orals.
- Provide input on service delivery components as needed for policy harmonization.

- Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
- Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility
- Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client
