Greetings from Talntworx Technologies. We are a tech start-up based out of Chennai focussing sourcing/Recruiting blue/grey collar associates through a technology platform and provide staffing services. Our predominant focus would be more in to servicing manufacturing/ Engineering / Telecom based companies.

The Head of General Staffing Division will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's general staffing division, specializing in the placement of blue-collar and grey-collar workers in high volume. This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staffing professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations.

- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and develop new client relationships within the target market.

- Candidate Sourcing:Drive the team to identify sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified blue-collar and grey-collar candidates.

- Performance Management: Monitor the performance of both employees and contractors to ensure they meet client expectations.

- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Compliance: Ensure that all staffing activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Financial Management: Manage the division's budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

- Tech Process : Assist in the process flow of the technology product by giving feedback and align with the productivity.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with volume staffing and large-scale recruitment campaigns.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- A technology background is preferable.
