Practice Head - Food & Beverage

The ideal candidate would have the following background :

- Minimum of 12 years of combined experience in the Food & Beverage industry and/or as a consultant to the industry

- Experience in a Tier 1 or CG/Retail-specific boutique consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner, Partner or similar level

- Must have deep domain expertise in either Supply Chain including some combination of order-to-cash, planning and warehouse management; OR consulting to the sales, marketing, trade promotion, shopper insights functions

- Experience in working in a matrix environment and working collaboratively with service lines

- Building and owning sustainable solutions via a combination of software and services

- Process, teamwork, communications, and management skills needed to succeed in a rapidly growing and changing organization

- Ability to directly interact and deliver consulting projects at CxO level

- Delivery and sales experience in a consulting and/or Global IT Services organization
