About our Client - Our client is a European based Global IT Consulting company with operations in over 40 countries and a workforce of over 60,000 associates. Working with a global client base our client delivers consulting and technology services, systems integration and managed services across ten business verticals including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Health care and Telecom amongst others. To strengthen its leadership position in the Financial Services space, our client looks to hire top professionals with strong background in the Financial Services domain.

Job Description - You will report to the Global Solutions Head with a dotted line reporting to the Global Practice Head. Your chief responsibilities would include:

- Order Entry and External Revenue generation with additional focus on improving operating margins

- Designing vertical use cases for relevant technology practices

- Defining a road map for POCs defined at the beginning of the financial year

- Develop POCs from white papers which have significant potential of generating revenues

- Enable Sales executives with PoCs so as to increase sales from target accounts; actively participate in Client visits

- Enabling delivery with domain knowledge

- Work with Technology teams to forge alliances to form a Go to Market approach

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 16 years in the Financial Services space including Investment Banking and Insurance. You must also have the ability to develop and anticipate requirements in Financial Services which can be translated to IT services. You must be an excellent team player with the ability to achieve targets for new services in this sector along with the Sales teams. IT experience will be an added advantage but definitely NOT a qualifying criterion.
