Very Urgently looking for a Practice Head / Principal Financial Operations & Transformation Consulting (10-15 yrs)

I am working as a Team Manager for a Executive Search Team hiring for top of the Business Groups at Sr. Management or Executive space. Few of prestigious clients includes : Amazon, Accenture, Cognizant, KPMG, Flipkart, Ingersoll Rand, Sanofi, Ranbaxy, Bank OF America, Boston Analytics and many others.

Currently we are working for a high worth assignment for searching a Practice Head for a Management Consulting Group for their Practice Head / Principal Financial Operations & Transformation Consulting.

Brief Profile :

- Global Project Management: Large scale program / project Management for a client located across geography for Financial Shared Services or F&A Operations implementation project and allied large IT Transformation projects and for leading clients

- Lead Program / Project Management activities, plan, prepare and review deliverables

- Leverage client relationships to drive new business opportunities

- Target Operating Model design and Capability Maturity Assessment: Developed Target operating model for corporate banking business for the one of the leading Nordic bank in Norway covering all international offices. Deliverables produced were

- Transformation strategy: Developed transformation strategy forsetting up Financial Process Transformation Outsourcing assignments

- Automation assessment over value chain, Development of initiatives to support client’s vision and future growth, Business case development, Implementation road map finalization

The F&EP practitioners support Clients with the following

- Finance Operations

- Planning and implementation of core back-office services, helping to increase operating efficiencies, improve services, streamline processes and drive cost reductions. Client’s FO capabilities include Finance function strategy and transformation, Shared Services, Enabling technology implementation/transformation, SG&A Optimization

- Corporate Finance

- Functional and process assessment , design and implementation across Taxation, Trading, Finance function benchmarking and share holder value analysis

- EPM

- EPM Strategy, Planning , Budgeting and Forecasting, EPM enabling technologies (Hyperion, Cognosetc) and Management reporting

- Risk Management

- Assessment and implementation across ERM, Credit risk, market risk, governance , compliance and regulatory frameworks

We work for large, high-profile clients and develop strong lasting relationships with them. On average, we have been maintaining client relationship on of 10 years.

Experience:

Specific experiences will include:

- Minimum 12 years of progressive functional and consulting experience.

- Proven track record of business development in a consulting firm

- Extensive experience within the Finance function of a firm

- Strong understanding of how business functions, finance functions and associated technology.

- Should be able to identify areas of growth and work towards developing the same.

- Understand the finances of projects and managed P&L’s.

- Preferably workedin the Resources, Financial services or Products industries

- Exposure to project management, people management, crisis management, etc.

- Worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally

- Experience working with “C” level executive clients

- Chartered Accountant or MBA from a Tier 1 B School

- Experience in a consulting firm is preferable.
