The ETS Practice Head will collaborate with business owners, delivery team, sales and pre-sales team, practice heads, designers, developer to deliver the following Key Responsibilities:
People -
- Manage the Integration Practice efficiently and be backbone to the Delivery Organisation
- Provide the leadership and guidance
- Interact and provide IDP (Individual Development Plan) for the team assigned to the competency
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the presales
- Participate and Contribute to organizational initiatives in improving the delivery quality and enhance the maturity level of the organization
Processes -
- Establish CoE - Best Practices, Policies, Governance and guidelines and ensure the success of it
- Define processes, implement and review and enhance to ensure that the processes are in-line with the organizational principles and values
Competency
- Define and build reusable, templates and solution components that can enhance delivery
- Develop and institutionalize Competency Framework, Assessment of Learning needs and
Training Plan
- Guiding and Mentoring project team
- Take overall ownership of the hiring, staffing and team development
- Work with RMG, HR and TA functions to hire and staff the solution delivery team for the projects
- Perform periodic reviews and participate in the appraisal cycle for the team members
- Identify the resource needs and coordinate with RMG for project allocation
Mentoring and Coaching
- Provide technical mentoring, enablement and coaching to the integration teams
- Work with the delivery teams to identify the training gaps and needs
- Work with the training team to address the gaps
- Devise trainings ensuring that the business objectives are addressed
