Practice Head - Digital Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

The Digital Engineering Practice Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the digital engineering strategy and practice within an IT company. This position entails overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of digital engineering processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering innovation.

Strategic Leadership

- Define and implement the digital engineering strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital engineering roadmap.

Project Oversight:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital engineering projects.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Client Engagement:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting digital engineering solutions that align with their business goals.

Technical & Essential skills:

- 15+ years of experience in digital engineering or a related field, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
