4. Leading the development and QA effort, helping team to solve challenges.

5. Technical guidance to team for testing and new development.

6. Well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle

7. Strong on technical, analytical and team skills

8.Have a good knowledge of quality standards and best practice

9.Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

10.Think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions

11.Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks.

12.Have strong problem solving & communication skills. Be tactful and diplomatic

13.Build a good rapport with clients & advise the client on managing future assignments. Be good at gathering and assimilating information.
