Practice Head - Blockchain

Job Summary: Responsible for leading the Blockchain COE roadmap for building industry solutions and technology assets in multiple Blockchain technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leveraging strong connects and creating new connects at CXO level with customers, Blockchain technology leaders and industry experts.

- Interfacing with clients & internal stake holders & drive the solutions on blockchain.

- Ability to develop Prof of Concepts in various vertical.

- Champion SME in blockchain responsible for the technology vision of the practice.

- Conceptualize and build demos showcasing business use cases of Blockchain relevant to the Client Bank's business needs and vision.

- Demonstrate Thought Leadership on Blockchain technology through approach notes for business use cases and white papers on InfrasoftTech's blog.

- Develop solution collaterals, demonstrable assets and plan proactive solution pitches working with Presales Team.

- Disseminate best practices and act as a knowledgeable resource for Blockchain engineering problem solving.

- Expertise in reputed blockchain platforms like Hyperledger, Multichain, Ripple, Ethereum, Corda, Quorum, Stellar etc.

- Understanding of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures.

- Participate in Presales and Customer workshops as per need
