We are looking for Practice Head for one of our clients. Looking for somebody with experience in Business Intelligence and datawarehouse. OBIEE and Hyperion with experience in Competency . Candidates from any location who will be ready to relocate to Pune.

Location: Pune

Reporting to: - Director – ADCs and Competencies

1. Will lead the BI competency

2. Extensive travel not required; however may have to travel to our offices/ client locations 2-4 days during the month

3. About 10 competency managers/ leads will report directly/ indirectly into him/ her

Job Specification

1. IT Services related experience of about 12-15 years

2. 8+ years of BI experience

3. 3+ years of experience as BI unit/ practice head

4. Should have handled a team of 100 persons or more

5. Thought leadership to give vision to develop IP, develop competencies.

6. Should be dynamic person who can define vision for the BI Competency Unit and grow it.

7. At some point in time in career should have managed minimum one IT Software Projects

8. Excellent presentation and communication skills

9. Pleasant outgoing personality

10. Aware of general technology and market trends in Indian IT Market

11. Should be able to engage CXO level as well as technical client stakeholders
