The client prefers dynamic professionals who bring in vast experience from a good pedigree.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit who would

a. Incubate the practice.

b. Be responsible for the ownership of P & L of the entire practice.

c. Take care of the pre - sales part.

d. Responsible of ramping up the team.

e. Oversee the resource allocation and management strategy.
