Role/Designation - Practice Head

Qualification - BE or MBA from premier institute

Location - Noida, India , but willing to travel to US/Europe

Experience - 20+ years

Role & Responsibilities

Critical Exposure Required

1. Heading BFS practice particularly in Capital Markets space.

2. Client interaction across the globe.

3. Lead & guide team of practice leads and solutions architects.

4. Work with global sales team - banking and capital market

5. Identify / develop value proposition to win business

Must to have:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in western market preferably US experience.

2. Enhance presence in existing accounts by using a consulting approach

3. Involvement in non delivery role namely presales/ consulting for minimum of 5 years.

4. Understanding of the financial services market / capital market ecosystem and ability to drive alliances /partnerships in this area.

5. Thorough knowledge in capital markets concepts primarily Asset management (front-middle-back office), securities servicing, trading, risk management, compliance, and should have either worked on investment banking projects or in Pre Sales for investment banking projects
