Practice Head - Analytics and Big Data
Brief Job Responsibilities :
- Strong experience in Digital and Analytics domain, technologies and processes this includes designing and managing intricate Digital and Analytical solutions, Setting up COE (Center of Excellence), Developing Processes and Practices, proposing Analytics Frameworks and Roadmaps
- Have been a practioner at a point in career
- Very good understanding of data infrastructure and experience with leveraging sophisticated methods and technologies not limited
- Statistical and Machine learning techniques
- NLP and Text mining
- Big data infrastructures setup on AWS, Hadoop, Cloudera framework, etc.
- Have managed teams globally or multi country
- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
- Ensure client satisfaction while achieving agreed upon company targets and goals
- Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions
- Develop presentations, strategies, tactics and documentation, as required
- Able to set SMART goals and milestones for teams / program
- Should be flexible to work EMEA shift and extend to US shifts on a needed basis
- Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and train others
Person Specifications :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics and digital domain
- Be a good team player and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and with clients
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good experience in designing solutions for the customers
- Excellent in Planning, organizing and Time Management
- A person who is a self-starter
- Main focus on Customer, Quality and Team Management
- Be a self-starter and proactively identify and drive initiatives and opportunities for adding value to customer service
- Be able to work with ambiguities
- Be able to plan, prioritize and manage work requests from various stakeholders and set clear expectations
- Demonstrated good written/spoken communication and presentation skills
