Practice Director - QA Architect - IT Healthcare Domain

Hiring "Practice Director - QA Architect" for a leading Healthcare IT Services Provider.

Role:

- The roles and responsibility of the position requires the person to be integral part of the QA Practice.

- Would be engaged in building the competency, Accelerators, Key value props for the Organization. Engage in delivering appropriate solutions for existing and new engagements.

- Key contributions on building the collateral's and work with sales team to deliver proposals for QA prospects.

- Responsible for setting up quality assurance practice.

The Person:

- Looking for a candidature with 10 - 12 yrs of experience in Quality Assurance - Testing from IT healthcare domain.

- Experience in managing Large QA Programs.

- Experience in working with QA Practice in an organization.

- Exposure to presales / solution architecture preferred. Have good experience in auctioning, RFPs, Proposals.

- Experience in competency building

- Good Client facing experience

- Experience in setting up TCOE and Large QA program transformations.

- Experience in delivering QA process consulting.

- Experience in Automation - Functional, Mobility, Security & setting up strategies for Performance testing

- Should have exposure to latest trends in the QA industry
