Practice Director - BPM - IT

We have an opportunity for a Practice Director- BPM for one of our client

Job Description:

- Must have 15+ years of IT experience

- Must be an experienced BPM specialist with experience ranging from presales to post sales.

- Should have min 10 years of BPM experience in BPM products Pega or IBM BPM. Experience on Pega is a must. Knowledge of Business Rules Engines is a plus.

- Should have experience of working in various models at reputed IT companies.

- Must have BPM solution architecting skills proven by experience

- Should have ability to conduct technology intense architecting dialog with customers at times challenging their views with conviction

- Must have prior consulting experience for BPM and should be able to lead the team in consulting-led assignments

- Experience in US or UK geography is a must

- Must be able to handle and deliver revenue and gross margin target

- Must be able to drive growth in BPM space

- Must have handled team of at least 70+ resources in BPM/BRM area

- Must have managed P&L for a BPM portfolio of min USD 5 Million

- Must be capable of engaging with senior IT and business leadership at client organizations

- Must be willing to travel within India as well as onsite for short stints, at short notice
