Practice Delivery Head - IT Infrastructure - IT Service Firm

"Practice Delivery Head - IT Infrastructure" for a leading IT Services client in Bangalore.

- Practice Delivery Head is responsible for delivery of IT Infrastructure elements of business across single/ multiple accounts across domains.

- CSAT across projects/ accounts

- ESAT for the team

- Cost of delivery within the defined limits; this includes employee rotation and induction of campus hires

- Account mining

- Enabling fulfillment of seed positions for engagements

- Collaborating with sales team for client visits and enabling client references for existing accounts

Desired Profile:

- Engineering Degree with 20+ years in IT

- 10+ Years of IT Infrastructure exp with at least five years in a similar role

- Should have managed teams > 500 (min) and accounts with at least $ 50M annual revenue from Infrastructure Services

- IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must

- Proficient in Program management tools & processes

- Good team player and had to manage large teams
