About our Client - Our client is one of the leading European fashion retail players with a significant presence across the globe. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and have always been at the fore front of developing trendy and affordable clothes and accessories for their customers across age groups. Currently, they are looking at entering the India market, and are looking to recruit a PR and Communications Manager as a part of their central management team, based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the Country Head, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the brand's India PR and communications strategy

- Managing the brand's local media image by developing and maintaining solid relationships with corporate and fashion media across the region

- Working closely with the global offices to ensure uniformity in global communications and PR practices

- Acting as the main spokesperson for the brand in India, and handling both internal and external communications for the brand

- Handle the communications budget and ensure its optimum utilization

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 6-8 years of experience in PR. Exposure to the fashion retail industry or having worked in PR Agencies (having handled retail clients), and having access to a well established network in fashion and corporate media is a must. Prior experience in organizing and managing press events, and a thorough knowledge of the local media landscape are highly valued. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage the brand image across the country. The candidate should be a highly motivated team player, with great fashion feeling and a sense of the right quality level.
