PPC Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, leads and conversions
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Build an experimentation framework and conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve funnel effectiveness
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, Conversions)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in digital marketing of minimum 8 years
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels
- Exposure to marketing automation and analytical tools
- Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI
- Growth-hacker mindset, with proven examples of innovative problem solving and experimentation with digital tools and channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create and present reports to senior sales leaders.
- Experience developing, executing, and measuring lead gen campaigns
