We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts and drive high-quality traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in paid search and display advertising to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting and bid strategy.
- Analyze campaign data and create detailed reports, tracking CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visuals.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Monitor budget caps, impression share, and quality scores to ensure campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new PPC tools to refine strategies.
- Manage retargeting and display campaigns to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure PPC strategies align with overall business goals and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Google Ads certification or relevant PPC certifications is a plus.
- Experience in managing high-budget campaigns with a focus on ROI-driven performance.
- Familiarity with social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies is a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
