About PowerUp Money :

We are building an Investment Advisory platform for the 100 million user-strong retail segment. Retail users don't have access to large investment advisory services like IIFL and Nuvama, which only cater to HNIs. Our vision is to become the largest wealth management company for the retail segment.

PowerUp is founded by Prateek Jindal who is also the Co-founder and CPO at Uni. Uni is a credit cards and lending fintech which has raised $100M till date. Prateek has been working on this idea for the last one year inside Uni and is now spinning off PowerUp independently.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager - Content. This role requires a strong grasp of content marketing, financial products, regulatory awareness, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for varied audiences - from retail customers to institutional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

- Content Mastery - Strong expertise across content planning, execution, and performance measurement.

- YouTube Growth & Strategy - Experience in building and scaling YouTube channels, launching new IPs, and optimizing existing content.

- Social Media Savvy - Deep understanding of IG, YT, and LinkedIn, with a knack for audience engagement.

- Program Management - Ability to collaborate across teams (internal and external) to drive impactful content initiatives.

- Creator Mindset - A spontaneous, experimental approach to content; comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

- Finance Knowledge - A solid grasp of finance is essential. A finance certification or hands-on investing experience is a big plus!
