Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically adept Manager - Sales & Business Development to expand our footprint across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This role demands hands-on experience in technical sales, particularly in Power Factor solutions and Harmonic mitigation devices, with a strong focus on developing new channels, engaging OEMs, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets

Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients for Power Factor Correction and Harmonic Filtering solutions

Build and manage relationships with channel partners, OEMs, consultants, and end-users

Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and negotiate terms of sales

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales strategies

Work closely with the technical support and engineering team to deliver customized solutions

Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events for networking and brand promotion

Required Skillsets:

Strong knowledge of Power Factor Correction and Harmonic Filtering technologies

Proven experience in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering, especially in the power or electrical sector

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to understand and explain technical products to a non-technical audience

Proficiency in preparing techno-commercial proposals

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field

Strong networking and client relationship-building skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred)

3-5 years of relevant experience in technical sales or business development in the electrical or industrial automation domain
