Role - Power BI Dashboard Specialist

Job Location -Akurdi, Pune

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Dashboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and manage BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting by designing optimal processes and procedures.

- Collaborate with various teams to integrate systems and data effectively.

- Provide guidance on data modeling and DAX calculations.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions for performance.

- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.

- Mentor and coach junior developers on Power BI best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.

- Experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
