About PostFridays:

PostFridays: The venture, PostFridays (http://www.postfridays.com/), is focused on providing options for people (locals / travellers) to engage in their leisure time. Our vision is to become a one-stop solution for people, that helps them plan and use their free time for memorable experiences.

About founding team:

We are a team of three founders from different background and established institutes. Among us, we are alumnus from IIT K, IIM C, IIIT H, National Law University. Among the founders, two of us are serial entrepreneurs, as well as experience of working with leading firms in varied areas namely:

1. e-commerce(Housing.com, Amazon, & Flipkart),

2. Leading tech firms (Microsoft & other previously founded firms)

3. Management consulting (A.T. Kearney, Roland Berger)

We bring to table collectively more than 18 years of Industry experience (averaging 6 yrs.).

Position: CTO & Co-Founder

Requirement:

- Graduated from IIT (5-10 yrs)

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience of building consumer products (both web & mobile)

- Should have done development work across the technology stack including backend, frontend, server, web & mobile.

- Ability to pick up new technologies and APIs quickly

- Ability to adapt & implement techniques and enablers that help growth hacking in coordination with marketing team

Responsibilities:

- Software development across mobile (Android/IOS) & web platforms including integration for hardware, software (including databases) and networks

- Impressive User Interface / User Experience and a good understanding of User centred Design Principles and methods

- Identify best engineering practices and trends and implement them to build scalable, sustainable, secure and high performance system

- High level of skill in solution architecture and the ability to identify the best combination of tech stack to build engaging user experience

- Build & lead a strong tech team

- Lead all tech discussions within the organisation and create a culture of innovation and disruption

- Develop technology roadmap in lines with the vision of of the company
