We’re a commerce platform that enables artists to easily offer their art for sale as art prints, iPhone cases, home décor, t-shirts and a variety of other high quality products - without giving up the rights to their work.
We’re seeking a Community Development Head to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial team player with a passion for building products from scratch. As a member of the PosterGully team, the Manager will define and drive the concept through execution of all features related to the artist community.

Responsibilities:
- Grow the artist community through initiatives to both activate existing contributors and incite new artists to join
- Explore and execute opportunities to solicit meaningful community feedback and build brand awareness and advocacy
- Interface with key stakeholders (artists, team, accounts) to understand business needs and priorities
- Work with the technology team to scope and prioritize the platform features and lead them to completion
- Lead creative / design reviews and user testing against project goals
- Become an advocate of PosterGully in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Monitor and effectively leverage social media tools, trends and applications
- Manage designer accounts & coordinate for timely payouts.
- Manage the artist portfolio in market to help build demand for the products, manage pricing and promotions decisions, be on top of the numbers and iterate
- Stay ahead of competition and innovation within the space and use the knowledge to inform requirements and new product features
- Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Team to ensure a cohesive brand message through all channels
Requirements:
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset is a must
- Strong leadership skills and initiative; must establish credibility within teams as a knowledgeable & effective member
- 2+ years of project management experience. Candidates with managing communities in the online space will be preferred
- Experience in defining and documenting product requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build relationships both internally and externally
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide artists & designers
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Basic knowledge of principles of SEO is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media platforms, tools, best practices and their respective demographics (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
