Job Description -
- Responsible for Customer services, account development, retention & Upsell
- Responsible for managing 50 key strategic accounts (Builders & Developers) in the city
- Shall be responsible to grow the client base and penetrate further (Up sell). shall act as a conduit between corporate teams (CET), Sales team and the client.
- Ability to manage queries, complaints and requests and also do first time resolution within TAT
- Strict adherence to TAT and SOP.
- Good excel skills and ability to quickly transform and understand data.
- Must have good inter-personal skills
- Understanding of various lead management systems
Ideal profile -
1. MBA with Min 3 years of real estate exposure
2. Sound understanding of digital domain
3. Posses the right mix of Sales and Service orientation
4. Ability to develop strong client relationships in large client segment
5. Open to make 2-3 customer calls per day and sight opportunities for Up-sell
