We are looking for Director of Key Accounts for Bangalore location to join or team.
This role is a key enabler to ensure PoshVine's growth both horizontally and vertically across the payment-linked loyalty ecosystem. If establishing and managing key senior-level relationships are your thing, if you are a metrics-driven sales professional with proven chops in the enterprise SaaS space, we want to talk to you.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead our efforts in selling PoshVine's products and services to Financial Services clients through a consultative approach. Target prospects will include banks, credit card issuers, general insurers, payment networks, and other financial services organizations with large customer, cardholder, or membership bases.
- Be accountable for creating and managing a robust and balanced pipeline of new client business with suitable urgency and rigour around the prospecting process, across India, APAC and Middle East markets. Establish deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across all prospect organizations.
- Work in teams to develop effective win strategies to match client/prospect needs and challenges with relevant PoshVine products and services. Establish deep relationships with existing clients, map out multiple teams within the target organization, and secure new profitable revenue through cross-selling and upsell initiatives.
- Identify key sales cycles for major contracts/opportunities from RFPs within the FS sector. Own the RFP / Pitch Process. Ensure thorough evaluation of commercial models to deliver optimal profitability balanced with all forecasted sales and program costs.
- Map and understand the competitor set - which is now diverse and fragmented (loyalty tech providers, boutique data shops, traditional Loyalty providers, as well as CRM agencies).
- Raise profile, awareness and clarity of PoshVine's proposition in the market, while also representing other PoshVine solutions. Represent PoshVine at key industry and corporate events to develop the brand profile and sales pipeline.
Key Skills Required:
- 4 to 8 years Sales experience in the Indian Financial Services or Cards industry, with a strong network of contacts; Experience in Loyalty and/or CRM solutions a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills and evidence of sales success.
- Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills, up to and including C-Level.
- Ability to generate cold leads and develop warm leads credibly at all levels.
- Good understanding of the loyalty and benefits products in the Indian / APAC FS sector, and the key players that focus on loyalty, rewards and member benefits.
- Demonstrable experience and accountability that showcases revenue target achievement, and that holds the promise of creating / managing multi-million dollar P&Ls.
- Experience of selling consumer benefits, software as a service and/or marketing services would be distinctly advantageous.
- Ability to lead by example; act decisively, able to manage challenging deadlines and requests effectively.
- Use of own initiative, self-motivated, ability to hit the ground running.
- Best-in-class verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
