- Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets.

- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.

- Cross sells existing bank products to customers.

- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.

- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.

- Developing and Expanding Customer Relationships: This involves reaching out to potential high net worth clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones. The goal is to grow the bank's client base and increase the amount of assets under management. Ensuring High Levels of Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial in retaining high net worth clients. This includes promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests, while also ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.


- Cross-Selling Bank Products: Relationship Managers are often tasked with promoting and selling various banking products and services to their clients. This could include investment products, insurance, loans, and other financial offerings. Informing Customers of New Products: Staying updated on the latest banking products and services is important for Relationship Managers. They should inform clients about new offerings or enhancements that could benefit them and expand their banking relationship.
