Designation: Portfolio Manager - Trade & Cash

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-15 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Managing and expanding the current customer base

- Increase the Bank's market share by generating and acquiring new business.

- Closely collaborate with important internal stakeholders, such as Coverage RMs, GTS Product Teams, Implementation Teams, Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, etc.

- Connect with co-workers in other foreign offices, such as HO, to focus on expanding your current regional clientele and finding new ones.

- Maintain a strong risk and credit mindset to proactively manage triggers in the current portfolio, exercise caution when choosing new clients, and offer advice on policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and concerns pertaining to operations and systems in order to improve risk management.

- Recognize the Bank's internal compliance and risk policies and incorporate them into your daily work life. Develop a solution-focused approach to create enduring relationships with clients by concentrating on cutting-edge digital solutions.

- Capable of taking full control of the portfolio due to their entrepreneurial skills and disciplined pipeline management

- Find system and process gaps and collaborate with trade operations to address them;

- Analyze, maintain, and provide appropriate MIS to drive the business metrics

- After new routes are implemented, review them and take appropriate action.
