Preferably from Telecom Industry (Candidates Graduated from Top B-School)
Job Location : Chennai
Principal Accountabilities :
- Relaunch Money back to deliver product objectives while delivering P&L
- Incremental P&L benefit from revenue & cost initiatives
- Successfully migrate vanilla cards to higher variant
Major Activities :
- Build the best fit features into the new cards Position & push card sales across regions, Achieve spend per card as per product paper
- Changes in card revenue lines through interest rate, other charges, fees, etc.
- Ensure the Right card is pitched to each customer.
- Ensure customers are informed prior to migration
- Ensure customers use their Migrated card
- Increase spends & match the spend card of in line with the new range of card migrated to
Description of the Relationships and Roles :
- The position holds working relationships within the company.
- The position works with all functions in credit cards to ensure end to end functioning of the products for a superior customer experience.
- The position also works with other functions within the bank like Central Marketing, OCC, Risk Analytics to meet defined business objectives
- Ideally looking at candidates who are working in Airtel, Vodafone & Idea. (from Usage & Retention Domain) or Customer retention Experience
JD in Nutshell :
- The role involves in handling card portfolio. (Either credit card or Debit card)
- To create different kinds offer plans for customers to increase their spends on cards which in turn generates revenue for the company.
- Retaining existing customers by making them to spend from their cards. (customer retention)
- Handling the entire card portfolio

Salary range: 12 - 15 LPA
