Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive New Product Portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the company's long-term business and strategic goals in India.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across various functions, including Business/Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, IP, Commercial, Medical, Clinical Research, SFE, CQC, PMO, and Packaging development to ensure timely execution of product launches.

- New Product Development: Oversee the new product development lifecycle, from ideation through to commercialization, ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.

- Timely Execution: Ensure the timely execution of new product launches, collaborating with relevant departments to manage all stages of the process, from product conceptualization to market introduction.

- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the India market.

- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and support the regulatory team in ensuring products meet all necessary guidelines for approval.

- Packaging & Network Strategy: Lead network strategy initiatives and work with packaging development teams to ensure the product packaging meets market needs and regulatory requirements.

- Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth execution and alignment of objectives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to ensure effective management of new product portfolios, improving efficiency and reducing time-to-market.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in new product development, portfolio management, or project management in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions, including R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial, and Medical, to deliver successful product launches.

- Project Management: Strong experience in project management, ensuring the timely execution of new product portfolios.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies to manage new product portfolios aligned with company objectives.

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve product launch goals.

- Market Research & Analysis: Strong understanding of market research and its application in developing a competitive portfolio for the Indian market.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Management, or related fields is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
