Concept Selling and Distributor Relationships:

- Responsible for promoting and selling concepts related to specified financial products across the region.

- Leveraging relationships with distributors to enhance product reach and sales.

Product Level Targets:

- Setting and achieving targets for specified products (both equity and debt) within the assigned zone.

- Creating a conducive environment to drive product-specific agendas and initiatives.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

- Conducting regular training sessions for internal employees across the zone to ensure continuous knowledge enhancement.

- Keeping the sales team updated on product-related information to maintain a consistent sales pitch.

Meetings and Communication:

- Organizing and leading regular huddles, conference calls, and meetings with distributors.

- Effectively articulating product features, market outlook, and benefits to stakeholders.

- Simplifying complex aspects of the capital market to facilitate understanding.

Sales Team Collaboration:

- Working closely with the sales team to focus on D & E counters (likely referring to different market segments or client types).

- Including D & E counters as part of branch visits to increase distribution and product mix.

Feedback and Support:

- Providing critical feedback from ground operations to enhance business activities, branch operations, and customer service.

- Supporting the creation of simplified communication strategies for focused products in collaboration with the product team.

Market Insights and Feedback:

- Giving feedback to the Investments team on market competition, product positioning, and sales trends.

- Addressing distributor and investor queries related to funds and products.

Client Management:

- Accompanying Sales Relationship Managers (RMs) in key meetings with advisors (IFAs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and Private Wealth Relationship Managers.

- Managing relationships with key Family Offices and UHNIs in the region.

Financial Services Expertise:

- Proven experience and expertise in the financial services industry, particularly in equity and debt products.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and financial instruments to effectively communicate with distributors, advisors, and investors.

Sales and Relationship Management Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage distributor relationships and drive sales growth in a competitive market environment.

- Experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams and internal employees
