Job Description:


- Support the program/project manager in the development of Strategic project plans, OKRs and project-related artifacts


- Support in preparation of Executive dashboards and reports


- Manage all activities related to tracking of goals and OKRs for different functions


- Assist PM in preparing cost/benefit analyses, cost optimization opportunities and business case diligence


- Support the entire project team with various tasks to ensure project execution which will include being accountable in the execution/management of project subtasks


- Assist the PM in tracking, monitoring and following up on appropriate risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle


- Assist the Project Manager & Program Manager to ensure that change, acceptance and approval management is proactive and effective on all projects.


- Ensure that appropriate processes, tools and techniques are used by the project teams.


- Apply and communicate processes and project management methodology and templates, contributing to continuous process improvements


- Assist the Project Manager in effectively and consistently delivering project status reporting updates on project accomplishments against milestones


- Manage the Central Database Repository for all Functions/Programs/Projects within scope of the Project/Program assigned


- Gather and compile data required for executive presentations as well as prepare presentation documents/material


- Assist the PM with the preparation of project meetings e.g. scheduling, documenting MOMs, tracking actions etc.


Eligibility Minimum Qualification :


- Graduate from reputed institute, BE, B. Tech.(Preferred) from a reputed institute.


Industry Experience : 5-10 years of relevant experience in Project coordination & reporting and some understanding of the Project Management terms


Mandate Skills :


- Experience in creating executive dashboards and reports


- Project coordination experience (5-10 years)


- Knowledge of SDLC in Waterfall and Agile methodology


- Requires strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, organizational and planning skills. Proficient level of communication and customer service skills


- Proficient level of knowledge of relevant business systems and practices of a department Works independently requiring little supervision


- Ability to make decisions under pressure


- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical, business and project management people to proactively manage project issues logs, risk logs, status reports, etc.


- Ability to multi-task


- Strong sense of team


- Highly organized individual, detail oriented


- Ability to work in an environment where priorities change frequently


- Strong sense of urgency Strong analytical and organizational skills


- Strong oral and written communication skills in English


- Good understanding of budget and forecasting processes Preferred skills


- Project/Program and portfolio management experience (5-10 years)


- Executive Presentations


- High level of skill using SharePoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)


- Project Management courses and certifications Behavioral skills Excellent communication skills Delivery focused


- Client interaction experience will be preferred


- Flexible and responsive work style


- Portfolio Management AnalystStrong problem solving and analytical capabilities Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
