Portfolio Lead - Personal Banking


Role Details :

The individual shall be responsible for Planning & management of Personalized Client Interventions on the Personal Banking Book Including Corporate Salary to achieve growth in overall share of wallet with following Key KPI's :

a. Client Engagement - NBD & Digital Activation & Usage / Credit Activation

b. Cross Sell/Product Holding & Sticky Product penetration

c. Arresting Inactivity & Dormancy Flows

D. Liabilities Book Growth esp Retail Savings & Term Deposits.

The Individual will lead a Team of Portfolio Managers & will work closely with Analytics/Marketing for BTL activities /Campaigns/Channel Teams - Alternate Engagement & SKY RM, Branch Banking / Legal & Compliance / IT & Solution Delivery Teams to drive the overall KPI/Business agenda.

- Lead and own full program life cycle for Personal Banking Liability clients from Onboarding Programs ( 1st 90 days ) & Trigger based Interventions at 6 MOB+ to drive Business KPI's

- Ownership of Client Vectors - NBD activation/ Credit Velocity/ Product Holding / Balance / Sticky & Premium Product Penetration / Dormancy & Inactivity Rate reduction/ Grouping & Household Penetration.

- Leverages Multiple channels to drive Client level KPI's Including Channel call outs, email, social media , Net & Mobile & Inbound Call center.

- Creates System Led Solutions for all interventions & Liaises Closely with Solutions Delivery /IT /CRM / Finnacle / Unica/Product Groups etc. to stich end to end Client & Channel processes.

- Works Closely with Analytics / Marketing & Product teams to define Client Value Proposition - Cost Led / Zero cost, BTL Communication Plans & marketing Outputs to ensure ROI is met at a Program/ Portfolio Level

- Crafts Various Programs Like Dormant & Inactive Reactivation, Base Book Deepening, NBD & Sticky Product Penetration / Product Switch & Upgrades , FD Penetration & Rollovers, PDC & Asset & Wealth penetration on the Personal Banking Book

- Define, Measure Program Efficacy & ROI at a Program/ Segment level by using Scientific & established measurement methods including Test & Control.

- Lead & Nurture a High Performing Team of Portfolio Managers

- Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - business & product teams, Channels, campaign management, Data Analytics and decision science teams, marketing, partners (vendors), Legal & Compliance, leadership and senior management teams etc.- to ensure successful execution of initiatives

Desirable :

- MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College is a must, an Engineering Degree with deep Understanding of Data Analysis would be an added advantage

- 8-14 years of work experience Leading Portfolio Management practice in any Bank (preferable)/NBFC (Card Companies) / Fintech

- Hands on With Data - Analysis & gathering insights, with a Flair for Marketing

- Should be Comfortable working in a Matrix Environment

- Good at Stakeholder management, should have worked with large Cross Functional Teams

- Should have Led a Team
