Senior Manager - Partner Lifecycle - SLA
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The Manager - SLA, will lead and manage a team of high performing individuals, responsible for end to end operations management across Porter platform
- You will manage performance measured on operations/business goals and SLA metrics for the partners
- The role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned.
- You will be the first point of contact for Business/Category teams of Porter and must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with remote teams
- You will interface and drive agenda with the automation & technology teams to build scalable solutions
- The candidate should have the ability to work at all levels of detail to accomplish team/organization goals.
- He/she will identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to talent advancement along with succession planning opportunities within the company
- The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Porter's core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices for the Partners.
Skills Required :
- Prior experience working in strategy/business excellence/program management roles preferably in consumer-facing industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a cross functional team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities and use of good judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and user centric approach.
- Managed critical operational processes, with responsibility & accountability for SLA and other success metrics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (hands on experience) with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven track record of employee performance management and development
- Strong process and Tech orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks through use of technologies with support from partner teams.
- Excellent Communicator (verbal and written) with strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external across all levels); Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
